B2Metric is an AI-Native analytics platform that enables to manage of risk
management with fraud prevention for the insurance industry. We save insurance
companies millions of dollars in risk management on insurance premiums and
claims management activity.
We are looking for a junior software engineer to join our growing team. The ideal
candidates will have experience working with large-scale applications and a track
record of producing great output.
Responsibilities:
- Shipping the code on the production environment frequently.
- Build, deploy, iterate. You’re responsible for what you’re building, and you have creative control over the direction you take.
- Work at all levels of the stack — infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka), DB (PostgreSQL, Redis, ElasticSearch), services (Java, Python Flask, PyTorch).
- Architect efficient and reusable systems.
- Work with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to create new and compelling features.
A candidate must have:
- Strong Python / Java Spring Boot Fr. knowledge.
- B.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Foundation in computer science, with competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
- Shipped code for 1 or 2+ years.
- Experience building web applications to production.
- It would be great if you have knowledge of Angular / React js libraries.
