Technical Services
Teknopark Istanbul provides technical services to the R&D companies and entrepreneurs operating within the campus by our Technical Services Directorate under the following headings.
These services are mainly as follows;
- Maintaining uninterrupted continuity, flow, and quality of energy resources
- Checking that the facilities are working and making the necessary operating settings
- Doing works that require intervention for the continuity of the business
- Intervention in case of malfunction and demand, activating the first intervention and contract service in matters requiring expertise
- Fulfilling all preventive and periodical maintenance
- Creating a "Maintenance Contract Management" with companies that haven't concluded a contract yet
- Preparing "Log-Book" containing the technical data of the installation, the operational and preventive maintenance required
- Stock management of spare parts in technical enterprise
- Collecting, interpreting and publishing measurable values through improvement projects
Our department complies with the Occupational Health and Safety rules at the highest level in all these works and make the personnel under its responsibility to comply them.
LEED Certification
- Teknopark Istanbul R&D 1-2 project has a Gold level certificate in the LEED New Construction category.
