Both domestic and international companies may apply to Teknopark İstanbul via online application system. Following an pre-assesment process of projects, applications that are evaluated as positive, invited to make a presentation to Teknopark İstanbul Board of Science and Technology. Following the approval of Technology Advisory Board, applications are offered for the final approval of Board  of Directors. Office allocation process starts for applicants who succesfully pass all steps right after the approval of Board of Directors.

Land allocation applications are accepted for companies working in the fields of defence industries, aviation and space, maritime, advanced electronics, energy sciences, medical, advanced materials, industiral software as Teknopark İstanbul is focusing on these main technology fields.

Cube Incubation provides free support for entrepreneurs in the fields of product or service licencing, patenting, mentoring, communications and networking as well as offering free secretarial service and 7/24 open modern office infrastructure.
